Happy Tails: Reese
Reese has found his home, and he didn’t have to settle in alone. He’s the second cat his family has adopted from us, joining his big brother Indie (who you may remember as Alaska), adopted in January 2026.
Reese spent his time before adoption with one of our wonderful foster families, and it showed. His family shared that he arrived well-loved and completely comfortable around people, which is exactly what our fosters work so hard to make possible. A huge thank you to Reese’s foster family for the care they gave him.
Today, Reese is a loving, sweet-tempered boy who purrs constantly and gets along beautifully with the other pets in his home. His family also sent us an update on Indie, and we’re thrilled to hear he’s become the most affectionate, loving cat and a wonderful addition to the household. Both boys have turned into the best lap cats, and they are completely adored.
Their family says they feel like they’ve won the cat lottery. From where we’re standing, Reese and Indie won it too.
Thank you for choosing adoption and for sharing your boys with us. Stories like this are why we do what we do.
