Happy Tails: Echo

“Echo is adjusting quickly! He is an absolute joy – very lovable and affectionate.

It is obvious that he was well cared for and time was dedicated to teaching him his basic commands/good manners. We are astonished on how he doesn’t beg for food; how well he listens and responds to basic commands; settles easily into his crate at bedtime; walks reasonably well on his leash; does not pick up forbidden objects or dropped food; performs his bathroom functions to a designated area; adjusts well to new acquaintances; gentle/non destructive with his toys; and, to add to our surprise, has not yet had any shedding!…

Although it has not yet been a week, Echo seems to be adapting better and better each day. We exercise him about 3x a day and include him in our daily activities, including some alone time for a nap!

If possible, please reassure his previous family that he is in great hands, and how we recognize that it must have been difficult for them to part ways. Their best efforts are not unnoticed!

Here is Echo with a new toy that doesn’t leave his grasp!”
